We LOVED actress Garcelle Beauvais’ long blue halter-neck dress from the L.A. Gay and Lesbian Center benefit at Sunset Tower, California earlier this week. As soon as we saw the gorgeous aqua-blue maxi dress we IMMEDIATELY recognised the designer:

Garcelle’s dress is by Issa London, who you may recognise as one of Kate Middleton’s favourite designers.

You can find the stunning long maxi dress (pictured far right) for sale in a boutique online, called Alene Too. The dress costs $770.

If you’re after something a little kinder on the purse (or if you live in the UK) fashion favourite My-Wardrobe.com has this similar Issa dress in stock (pictured left). It features the same plunge neckline and ruched detailing at the waist. Plus it’s the same aqua blue colour, but it only costs £395.

Yellow purse:

We hunted for a fun, bright yellow purse that would match the aqua Issa dresses perfectly (just like Garcelle’s!) and we found this fantastic option by Tory Burch. The clutch costs £290 and can be found in Selfridges.
